The NCADA's Workers' Compensation Group will hold a half-day afternoon CLE program devoted to North Carolina Workers' Compensation Law for the Defense Lawyer.  This program will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2009 in advance of the NCADA's annual Fall Seminar in Greensboro.  The program will provide an overview of employer liability claims as well as updates of recent case law, legislative activity and what's new at the Industrial Commission.
