The NCADA’s Medical Malpractice Practice Group will hold a 1/2 day CLE program
addressing important ethics issues and defense strategies associated with the
holding in Crist v. Moffat, 326 NC 326, 289 S.E.2d 41, (1990), and
associated Rules of Professional Conduct (RPC 162, 180). The program will also
include important regulatory and statutory changes that directly impact defense
of alleged malpractice claims.
