The NCADA has provided, and continues to provide, exceptional continuing legal education offerings and topical articles in our publication, The Defender. We are pleased to be able to offer as a resource for our members a comprehensive compilation of CLE manuscripts and newsletter articles since 2000. Non-members may obtain a copy of these materials at a modest fee by requesting a copy from Lynette Pitt, NCADA’s Executive Director, at LPitt@ncada.org.

The NCADA records its program offerings for our online CLE offerings and library. Here you will be able to access one or more sessions from past programs online – and never have to leave your desk! You are allowed four hours of online CLE credit per year. Additionally, we will offer some of our Practice Group programs via live Webcast (which will not count toward the four-hour online CLE restriction).
