Substantive Article – 1500 to 5000 words The Defender is
published semi-annually and is circulated to all members of the
North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, insurance
claims representatives, members of the judiciary on North
Carolina’s Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and Superior
Courts, North Carolina Federal Judges, Commissioners and
Deputy Commissioners of the NC Industrial Commission, and
other notables. The Editor of The Defender invites feature
articles on a variety of subjects. If you are interested in
