2026 Children's Book Drive
Celebrate 20 Years of Giving Through the NCADA Children's Book Drive!
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the NCADA Children's Book Drive, held in conjunction with our Fall Seminar. Since its launch by the Young Lawyers Committee in 2006, this beloved service project has provided hundreds of books to children across North Carolina, helping foster literacy, learning, and a lifelong love of reading.
We invite you to help us continue this tradition by donating new or gently used children's books for readers from infancy through young adulthood. All donated books will be distributed to a charity or library serving an underserved community.
Whether you're passing along books your children have outgrown or purchasing new favorites to share, every contribution makes a difference. Together, we can celebrate two decades of giving back while putting great books into the hands of young readers.
Please note: We cannot accept books that are damaged, musty, or in poor condition. We are also unable to accept magazines, coloring books, encyclopedias, textbooks, former library books, classroom sets, or books intended for adult readers.
