Diversity Statement of Principle

The North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA) is a membership organization composed of lawyers engaged primarily in civil litigation defense. Our mission is to promote justice, foster the exchange of ideas and techniques, and enhance the practice and professional development of our members.

NCADA is and always has been strongly committed to the core values of diversity, opportunity and inclusion. We recognize that a diverse membership not only enriches our organization but also strengthens the legal profession.
