Join us in Raleigh for video replays of popular NCADA seminars from 2017.   

The Ethics & Substance Abuse seminar "Doing What's Right" will provide 2.0 hours Ethics/Professional Responsibility and 1.0 hour Substance Abuse/Mental Health credit.  This Ethics block will be held in the morning.  Highlights include:

  • Ethics of Discovery Under New Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Issues of the Tripartite Relationship
  • NCLAP: A Story of Honesty, Compassion and Hope

The afternoon session, "Things You Need to Know," will provide a review of important decisions in 2017 and Mediation Tips, Traps, and Traits.  This session will provide 3.0 hours of general credit, and highlights include:

  • Civil Case Law Update 2017 (Spring and Fall)
  • Mediations: The Good, The Bad & The Ugly
