Join Us! The 2019 Winter Workshop will be held Friday, January 25, at The Solution Center in RTP.   The 2019 Winter Workshop will again feature sessions that cross practice lines as well as focus on specialty areas by bringing members together for professional responsibility and general interest topics. Our Practice Groups will lead sessions tailored specifically to your practice needs.

Connect, engage and share information with your colleagues from across North Carolina at the 4th Annual Winter Workshop.

Seminar Highlights:

  • Case Law Updates
  • Informative sessions on Workplace Diversity & Planning for the Future of your Practice
  • Brush up on the rules of evidence, mediation & arbitration, & workplace harassment laws
  • Practical Roundtable Discussions led by NCADA Practice Groups including Commercial, Construction, Employment, General Liability, Government, Medical Malpractice and Product Liability.
  • Round out the day with an optional video replay session on the Importance of Mediator Subject Matter Expertise and earn 1 hour of certified mediator credit (or an hour of ethics).

This year's seminar will provide 6 hours CLE credit, including 1 Ethics/Professionalism hour, 1 Substance Abuse/Mental Health hour, plus 1 hour optional Certified Mediator or Ethics credit by video replay.
