Nuclear Verdicts Committee - Invitation & Discussion

Come Attend our Initial Meeting! Juries have grown increasingly unpredictable, prompting rising concerns about 'nuclear verdicts.' To address this, the NCADA Nuclear Verdict Committee has been organized to help share information on strategies, trends, litigation and war stories. Our opening meeting will include a short discussion on goals of the Committee followed by a session with Dan Wolfe, PHD of Magna - a jury consultant who will explore recent trends and engage in an open discussion. This event aims to educate members on how to effectively reduce the levels of legal system abuse and best serve our clients. Join us to learn and share your insights.
